Loving heavenly Father, I come to you today because I want to seek Your will for my life, rather than following my own direction in life as I know that in my heart I can stray from Your best path. Lord I want to be successful in what I turn my hand to, because I want to do everything as unto YOU, and so today I come to lay the desires of my heart before You, and to ask that in Your grace You will forward the plans for my life, in a way that is best pleasing to You. Lead me Lord in the way of Your choosing, as I lay before You the hopes and dreams of my heart, which I would dearly love to fulfill, but I surrender them all to YOU, praying that you will guide me in the path that is best suited to carry out Your best work in me.
Father God, your Word teaches us that it is acceptable to ask for a successful life. Expand our borders and let us find prosperity and success in this life. You said that You came that we may have life and that we may have it more abundantly. Please grant us that abundant life God. Let my life be pleasing to You so that I will be able to receive the fullness of Your blessings both in this life and in the life to come.
Lord, I pray that I may be grow spiritually, grow in grace and in the knowledge of You, I pray that I may run the race of life to win the heavenly prize of the high calling which You have promised me in Christ Jesus my Lord, and that I may finish the course that you have set before me in Jesus name.
Almighty God, Whose hands hold all matters of life, give me grace of success in the work that I do. Help me to give it the careful thought, and the strict attention that will lead to success, Watch over me and govern my actions, that I may not mar its perfection. Show me how to give my best, and let me not despise the toil that is necessary to complete it. Make my life a successful one, in that every duty You give to me, I do it well. Give me the blessing of Your help and guidance, and suffer me not to fail.
Heavenly Father, I know that Your ways and understanding are so far removed from my own, that I come before You now to ask that You would teach me Your ways, so that I may align my will to Your will and my prayers to the desires of Your heart. That I may seek Your ways, think Your thoughts that You would have me think, and live the life that You would have me to live. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, amen.
